Renee & An: Engagement Session by It's Beautiful Here

As more Australian couples are choosing to have a photography session once they get engaged, the variety of the style of shoots is increasing. This memento shoot of Renee and An by It's Beautiful Here is unlike anything we have seen before! And we love it!

When Kat & Scout from It's Beautiful Here were getting to know the couple, the photographers discovered their love of shopping in Second-Hand shops, which became the setting for the shoot. What a unique idea! The session took place at the quaint little Gisborne Anglican Parish Op Shop.

Engagement Session: Sarah and Tom by White Wall Photography

Portobello Bride Member White Wall Photography have recently shot an Engagement Session that is styled to sweet perfection! The couple, Sarah and Tom, were captured among grape vines and fruit trees surrounded by gorgeous props and yummy treats in this country baked goods styled shoot. It's so sweet and full of great ideas and special moments that we just had to share it with you!

The couple were married sometime in March  - we can't wait to see the photos of the wedding!

Engagement Session: Felicty & Richard by Amy Oliver Photography

We were very excited when Portobello Bride Member Amy Oliver emailed us with these gorgeous images from an Engagement Session she photographed recently! We love seeing new work from our Members, and it makes us extra excited when we see such great engagement photography coming from Australian Photographers! Love Shoot, eSessions, Engagement Sessions, or whatever you like to call them have been a huge trend overseas, which seems to be only growing in popularity and it is wonderful to see Australian Photographers not only taking on the challenge, but creating such beautiful images for the couple to treasure always!

This session with Felicity and Richard epitomises Summer! Strawberries, sundresses, picnics and lazing around bring a sense of nostalgia and of being carefree to these photos! So beautiful!

Richard lives in Wales and Felicity lives in Melbourne. The couple are parted by an ocean most of the time. When Richard arrived in Australia for a visit in December 2010 the couple seized the opportunity to have some special moments together captured. Hopefully these stunning images help close the distance and ease the waiting until they will be together and marry later this year!
