Portobello Bride Featured Wedding: Alana & David by Anna Rose Photography

The wedding of Alana and David is a sumptuous example of simple, but stunning vintage styling and personal touches. Jen from Anna Rose Photography, a Portobello Bride Member, captured the day with detail and finished the images with a grainy, vintage layer that sets off the theme and styling of the Bride and the wedding in the perfect way. The photos are simply breathtaking... take a look...

Alana's scalloped lace edged veil is just perfectly vintage and matched with the beading on her gown, she looks divine!

The hanging origami cranes in the tree [above] and the flower-adorned tractor [below] are such simple, but gorgeous personal touches.

A special photo hangs from Alana's bouquet. What a great idea for your "something old".

We love a bride with personality! Colourful tattoos and golden sandals - who says a Bride has to wear heels?!

Stunning flowers in simple vessels bring colour and beauty to the reception.

More simple, but very effective styling. Keeping the candy bar colours to pink and white keep the table from looking messy and cluttered, which is a perfect partner for the fuss free, beautifully chic cake.

What a great couple! What a great Wedding!

Portobello Bride Real Wedding-Renae & Cameron

Todays wedding was captured by one of my favourite Melbourne Photographers, Adrian Tuazon. Adrian's style is to simply tell your story, his images are fresh, unique and truly beautiful.

I love the understated elegance of Renae and Cameron's wedding, its the epitome of a Melbourne wedding to me. The couple chose Comme for their wedding venue, and Birrarung Marr with the ferris wheel, city scape and the yarra as the perfect back drop for Adrian to photograph them whilst they spent time together before the celebrations begun.

I have to mention just how beautiful Renae looks, she is a bride with serious style and wears it perfectly. Her dress & lace jacket are stunning and her hair and makeup flawless.

Adrian Tuazon has done what he does best and really captured the essence of Renae and Cameron's love for each other. My favourites are the images where Renae and Cameron are proudly showing their new wedding bands to their friends. Its special moments like those that can slip from your memory, to have them captured forever, is a real treasure.

I look forward to sharing more of Adrian Tuazon wedding photography with you in the future.

A Portobello Bride Real Wedding-Stephanie & Jason

Casandra from Caspix Photography has captured Stephanie and Jason's intimate wedding with such style and understated elegance, which seems so appropriate for this couple.
I love every photograph from this wedding, Casandra has a true talent for capturing a moment as it happens. The love and emotion felt by all that attended is evident in every image.
When I asked Casandra to tell me their wedding day story, she described it so perfectly that I will leave it in her own words;

"Stephanie and Jason flew in from the States to have a beautiful and intimate ceremony at the Hotel Intercontinental in Sydney. It was such an intimate experience as there were only 6 people at the actual ceremony and even the celebrant was crying during the readings. Stephanie had had this incredible vintage style dress with this fabulous gold heels from NYC. Both of them were so stylish and fabulous, it really made for such fantastic photographs. We all walked over to the Botanical Gardens across the road and captured the last of the sun on a glorious day. They were such a lovely couple and only had eyes for each other, such an amazing connection to witness. I just love seeing couples that have a wedding day exactly as they wish – and sometimes less is more as you can see from these emotional and timeless images below."

Thank you Casandra for sharing Stephanie and Jason's wedding with us.
I look forward to featuring many more weddings by Caspix Photography in the future.
